APCCMPD

Projects Overview

Beginning in March 2021, I designed and developed an asynchronous eLearning course to support medical educators’ ability to create a workshop or full curriculum for pulmonary fellows. Due to the success of the first course, as well as member requests for more targeted content, I was contracted to create a second course starting July of 2024, this time focused on Population Health Management. As APCCMPD continues to scale up their instructional offerings and transitions to a new LMS and community platform, future plans include supporting the administration and development of those platforms, offering certifications, and creating a third course related to disaster management.

United staff of columbia college (USofCC)

To better inform new and existing union members about the union structure, member participation, rights, and benefits, I collaborated with the USofCC Union Board President to update the Union Member website and training materials. This included revising existing content, enhancing online training, and developing a new unit focused on negotiated benefits and rights. The updated format was designed for easy maintenance, allowing timely updates to reflect changes in contracts and elected representatives.
